Chinese Text Creation Course
More advanced students of Chinese need to develop skills in creating and delivering a range of different texts in Chinese. Genuine fluency also requires a great expansion of vocabulary and wide exposure to Chinese used in many different contexts. We believe that some of the best ways to develop this kind of proficiency are extensive listening, watching and reading of a wide range of texts in Chinese. In 2019 we are delighted to be able to offer our first Chinese Text Creation Course where students will first listen and read different kinds of texts in Chinese and then produce similar texts of their own. Students will also be prepared to sit for the HSK 2 proficiency test at the end of the year.
The course is open to all students who have completed Chinese for Families Intermediate Level 4 or who are currently studying or have studied Chinese elsewhere and are at an appropriate level of proficiency.
